What is that?

All contestants in the Mr. Cy-Creek Pageant will have a female Escort. Escorts will be chosen by a random drawing. To participate, Escorts buy chances for $25. The more chances you buy, the greater your chance of being chosen. There will be a total of eighteen escorts in the pageant.

Who can be an Escort?

Any sophomore, junior, or senior girl can buy chances to be an Escort for a Mr. CyCreek participant.

Escorts must meet school eligibility requirements as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. This includes passing grades in all classes during the grading period affected and no discipline issues resulting in DMC or suspension.

What’s in it for me if I am an Escort?

-Appearance in our Mr. CyCreek DVD

-Your Picture in our Mr. CyCreek Calendar

-Participation in the Mr. CyCreek Pageant

-An excuse to get all dolled up and put on a pretty dress!

-The chance to make your participant look good by having you by his side!

-Who Knows, You may even be Escorting the very first Mr. CyCreek Winner!!

What do Escorts do in the Pageant?

Contestant Introductions: You know, when the contestant is escorted out and introduced by name to the judges. You will be leading the way with the contestant at your side.

Formal Wear: This is when our MC starts talking about the participant’s activities, goals, and achievements. You will Escort your contestant onstage and then offstage as he parades around looking pretty in his tux from Al’s Formal Wear!

One Last Time: As the contestants are brought onstage one last time to await the crowning of Mr. CyCreek!

How are the Escorts Chosen?

Once the November 12 deadline has passed all names will be put into a large bowl. The names will be mixed and shuffled. Names will be drawn from the bowl until all eligible Escort spots are filled. The drawing will be done with by an unbiased third party with CyCreek Staff present.

Two alternates will also be chosen.

How do I Sign Up?

Pick up or print an ESCORT Entry Form

Fill out the entry form. Decide how many chances you would like to purchase.

Turn in completed form and a $25 entry fee per chance to a parent at the Mr. CyCreek information table or place in Ms. Jennings box in the staff mailroom. (Checks payable to SBC). All entry fees are non refundable.

*If you have already turned in a form and decide later you want to purchase more chances you may do so. Simply fill out another entry form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are one of the eighteen girls chosen to be an escort, you will pay an additional $30 upon acceptance. For this $30 the Escort will be given a tshirt and two calendars that she can keep or sell!

ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 3:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12.
